Imagine that you are a professional chef. You have visited a school on Careers Guidance Day to talk to Sl students about foods and nutrition. Many o f the students do not have a healthy, balanced diet. Their parents believe that it is too expensive to eat a healthy, balanced diet.

  1. Choose a nutritious and affordable food that is usually produced in your home area. Prepare to write or, if possible, type out about five paragraphs on this food, clearly describing its nutritional value. Also include an explanation of how to get the most value from the time it is harvested to
    the time it is prepared.
  2. Explain some good mealtime etiquette tips for someone to follow when sharing meals with others.
  3. Provide some tips on how to follow a healthy, balanced diet with a limited budget.
