Context

In your home and community, there are many sources of carbohydrates foods. Many times, you end up eating the same type of food prepared in the same way. This makes it so boring. As a result, people develop a dislike for those particular foods.

Task

As a learner in the Nutrition and Food Technology class, what unique snacks can you prepare to add variety to meals and avoid wastage of such foods.
