  Stakeholders:

  • The head teacher/principal: to come up with the vision and sell it to both teachers and students who can then share the same vision with other stakeholders such as parents who will have to contribute to funding the project
  • The board of governors: they are responsible for among other things, setting the mission and vision of the school; and setting the school’s plans and policies. So they would be responsible for incorporating digital learning in the strategy of the school
  • Parents association: these are the bridge between the teachers and the parents who are key stakeholders. As such their role would be to sell the idea to their peers
  • Teachers: They are responsible for teaching. So, their role would be to advise on the practicability of digital learning and what needs to be done for digital learning to be effective....
