VARIED BODY MOVEMENTS

Scenario

the climax of your school’s sports season as a supplement to the other sporting activities. This activity requires an athlete to move through six workstations before he/she eventually gets to the treasure. The six stations are placed 15 metres apart in a circular pattern. The treasure is placed 10 metres ahead of the last station.

Task

As a learner of gymnastics, sketch a course map of suitable work stations with various types of body movements and demonstrate how they will be performed.
