Uganda witnesses massive movement of young people to outside countries. Very many Ugandans leave the country in search for better jobs in countries in Europe, America, Asia and the Middle East. However, there are many complaints about uncertainties of the foreign employment sector with many cases of mistreatment, abuse, trafficking among other crimes. In some cases, employers also complain
about neglect and incompetence of the labour force.
