Due to increasing demand for power, agencies predict that East Africa could soon adopt the use of nuclear power for the smooth running of the increasing number of industries. Discussions among East African countries are underway to build nuclear power plants. However, there is little known about the use of nuclear power by most people in East Africa, and others have fears about its dangers.
