Families in Uganda, on average, are made up of 7 members. There is a family that includes 4 children who are 3 to 21 years old; while the 3 adults are 45 to 72 years old. In this family, people have a good appetite for food. The children enjoy milk , apples , cakes , yoghurt , sweet banana , rice , mangoes , beans , silverfish , cabbage , margarine , meat , bread , noodles , potatoes , chapatti and eggs . The two parents ‘ menu consists of cheese , potatoes , whey , meat , rice , oranges , amaranths , chicken , cassava , jack fruit , fish and yams . Finally , the diabetic grandparent eats avocado , peas , kale , pasta , millet , cocoyam , nuts , pawpaw , dry fish , semis , lemon and spinach . The food items are regularly served to meet individuals ‘ nourishing requirements and choices.
