Sample Activity of Integration on Democracy and Leadership in East Africa

Secondary schools in Uganda have been faced with rampant strikes which interfere with school activities. Strikes have mainly been caused by the school administration refusal of learners to participate in co-curricular activities at different levels, denying them entertainment, poor sanitation and poor school meals. However, the Ministry Of Education and Sports carried out an investigation and found that majority of strikes are a result of lack of communication between teachers, learners and the school
administration.
