Sample Activity of Integration
On 1st March 2010, landslides occurred in the district of Bududa in eastern Uganda. The landslides were caused by heavy rains. At least 100 people were believed to have been killed. There was destruction of property as a result the landslides, and over 150 houses were destroyed. In 2019, the government started resettling the survivors of 2010 landslides in resettlement areas. Those who had not been moved were advised to leave the dangerous locations and move to the less risky areas. Support Material
