A new Mukulu community market (Figure 6.9) and its neighbourhood have been experiencing hot weather conditions for the recent eight (8) months. Fresh vegetables wither, milk goes bad, fresh fish and meat get spoilt after a short time period. Cooked food at the restaurant is also easily spoilt after
a little time. Some food stuffs like beans and meat take too long before they become ready on cooking.
A lot of the market commodities are just thrown away after a little stay and much charcoal is being used in the food preparation. There is frustration, fear, loss of money and confusion among these stake holders of the market. Write a report to the community authorities to help them over come this Challenge.
