Sample activity of integration on LSC S1:Drama: skills and techniques

Sample activity of integration
Uganda has recently produced medication to treat COVID-19 positive patients
which is a combination of natural products. This new product, called UBV-OI N, has
proven to be very safe in its clinical trials. Should it be successful in its trial, it will
be Uganda’s first contribution to the world in terms of medicine. It will be given to
Ugandans between the ages of 18 and 70 years who are positive with the virus.
1. Create a short dialogue between an adult who qualifies for the medication and two teenagers who just miss the requirements. In this dialogue, state why the teenagers should be given the medication over the older adult because the teenagers still have their whole life ahead of them.
2. Use emotive language in the dialogue to substantiate the teenagers’ argument.
3. Pay attention to body language while the teenagers stress their points.
4. Use local, popular words and phrases for the teenagers’ dialogue.
5. Use the correct format for creating a dialogue.
