IRE5/1: HOW THE QURAN WAS REVEALED – Stages of Qur’anic revelation

This unit looks at how the Holy Qur’an was revealed by the Almighty God to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) through angel Jibri for the guidance of mankind. Chapter 47:2 says: ‘But those who believe and do righteous good deeds, and believe in that which is sent down to Muhammad…’ This verse shows that, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received the Quran from God.
